D. Non-Member Registration - Full Conference - $315.00 (USD)
Includes materials, meals,breaks, and a 1 Year KPHA Membership.
E. Non-Member Registration - Day One or Day Two - $235.00 (USD)
Includes materials, meals,breaks, and a 1 year KPHA membership.
F. 2011 Student Scholarship - Variable
Students in public health fields are eligible for a free scholarship for conference fees. Please contact KPHA (director@kpha.us) for details, application, and enrollment code.
G. 2011 CPH Students - $150.00 (USD)

2012 KPHA Annual Meeting and Fall Conference will be held at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Topeka, KS on October 1st through the 3rd.
